Last week, our learners embraced the joy of experiential learning through engaging KNEC and class projects that transformed classroom lessons into meaningful practical experiences. These activities provided an excellent opportunity for students to build essential life skills while applying what they have learnt in a fun and interactive environment.
Our Grade 6 learners demonstrated creativity and teamwork as they undertook a class project on stewing and baking. Through the activity, they prepared a variety of meals while developing practical cooking skills, learning the importance of food safety, and appreciating proper food preparation techniques.
Meanwhile, our Grade 7 learners successfully completed their KNEC projects, which focused on important life and environmental skills. They practised proper handwashing techniques using vinegar, reinforcing the importance of personal hygiene, and participated in tree planting activities that enhanced their understanding of environmental conservation and sustainable practices.
These hands-on learning experiences continue to empower our learners by building confidence, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while strengthening their understanding of classroom concepts through practical application.
We are proud of our learners for their enthusiasm, dedication, and willingness to learn by doing. Such experiences reflect our commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who are prepared for both academic success and everyday life.
